After the launch
Sky coverage of 33 % (all data at ceiling)
The altitude profils : all flight and zoom on ceiling.

00:20 AM   Birth of Alain's first grand-daughter. Congratulations to the parents !
08:15 AM   He transfer OK
09:20 AM   Flight confirmed with 19 hours at ceiling, at 4 hPa
10:00 AM   Ballast filling OK  -   T Ge < 87 mK, T pf  < 95 mK
11:10 AM   Auxilliary balloons attached
11:30 AM    Gondola moved on the launchpad  -  T Ge = 95 mK, T pf = 97 mK
12:10 AM    Installation of the balloon on the launchpad -  T Ge = 88 mK, T pf = 96 mK
01:20 PM    Balloon inflated -  T Ge <87 mK, T pf < 95 mK
01:44 PM    Successful launch !
03:41 PM    Valve gate opened - gondola rotating nominally - T Ge = 91 mK, T pf = 98 mK - we can see the dipole and the Galaxy
07:00 PM    Too many people follow the Archeops trajectory: the PC failed (recovered now) - T Ge = 83 mK, T pf = 91 mK
Two beautiful movies of the Archeops launch and flight are available, thanks to our MIPAS friends (11 Mo each).
02:50 AM   The Ural mountains are passed, according to the predicted trajectory at 5 hPa - all the ballast is kept for the day/night transition - T Ge = 82 mK, T pf = 98 mK
04:45 AM    Archeops is seeing the sunrise.
07:36 AM    Ballast 30 kg
09:45 AM    Series of 30 kg ballast to compensate the day/night transition. You can find here the ephemerids computed with the actual trajectory
10:40 AM    Valve gate closed ...
